Our warehouses include the First through the Eighth Warehouses and the Yashio Warehouse. The New Yoshikawa Third Factory at Komatsugawa in Yoshikawa-shi, Saitama, covering an area of 1500 tsubo (6000 square yards), was completed at the end of September 2009.

Work in the factories and warehouses

  • Designing

Our designing is done with CAD technology, based on our accumulated know-how through practice-based experience, with safety being our first priority at any job site, paying careful attention to different factors such as production properties, workability and ease of transportation.

  • Welding

Our welding is mainly semi-automatic, based on strength and post-welding heat treatment experiments, carried out at Saitama Prefectural Industrial Technology Center. All of our welding is done by our certified welders, who are highly skilled and experienced in many welding processes.

  • Laser

SPACE GEAR 48,510 MK II, installed in November 2009, is a 2D/3D new laser processing machine from Yamazaki Mazak Corporation, the world’s number one machine tool manufacturer of Japan. This enables us to bevel flat plates, to work with three-dimensional shape, pipes and steel, as well as to process flat plates.

  • Coating

A large-sized drying furnace (baking finish furnace) from Hakuden Kohnetsu Company Ltd. has been installed. This newly installed, 11m-long large coating kiln is of the scale that exists in only three companies in the Kanto area. These machines are all operated by our highly-skilled and experienced craftsmen.

  • Temporary assembling

This space is exclusively used for factory-made temporary assembly tools. In addition, this space, with ample size and height, is permanently equipped with a truss for lifting. Temporary assembling helps us to make very large tools necessary for production, contributing to shortening the actual assembly time.
